Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) – CST is a gentle, powerful, non-invasive, hands-on modality for evaluating and enhancing the body’s own natural healing mechanisms. This process is used by Osteopaths and Chiropractors alike for clients who are in too much pain to get an adjustment. This type of work focuses on releasing the tension and injury to the spinal membranes (meninges) that can restrict the flow of one’s cerebral spinal fluid in the central nervous system. CST increases energetic and structural harmony throughout the entire body, clearing old imbalances that have formed throughout one’s life.

Possibly the most powerful transformational approach in existence today, Matrix Energetics is described by its creator, Dr. Richard Bartlett, as a “consciousness technology” based on the principles of quantum physics (but not limited to it). This evolving system/field of energy regards reality (and your body) as simply Light, energetic resonance and information. As such, utilizing shifts in awareness, we can manifest entirely new experiential outcomes in our holographic reality, and in the conditions of your body. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means “Universal Life-Force Energy” in Japanese, and is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on (or off) radiator energy techniques with the goal of improving the flow of life energy (ki, or chi) of a person. Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

The astounding thing about the energy/spiritual approach to transformation is that it is just as effective at any distance (when one is properly trained to do so). This is because the Mind can connect to any aspect of Creation (in this case, You) instantly with intention and focus. These sessions are conducted over the telephone, either through FaceTime, WhatsApp, or just a voice connection. Joshua has been a Reiki Master Teacher for 20 years, and loves to teach Reiki! Upon request, he will conduct a one-on-one class or for a group, attuning everyone to both Level 1 and Level 2 of the Usui Reiki system. He usually holds his Reiki classes at Balboa Park in San Diego, California. You will learn:
